Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Greeley County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, in the County Board Room of the Greeley County Courthouse in Greeley, Nebraska. The Commissioner’s meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. The meeting is open to the public. The agenda for such meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk in the Greeley County Courthouse, Greeley, Nebraska.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Greeley County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing for a 6.98 acre subdivision in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4, SW ¼) and part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW ¼, SE ¼) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Greeley County, Nebraska. The property will be used for the Village of Greeley’s municipal sanitary sewer lagoon. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 9:45 a.m. at the Greeley County Courthouse in the Greeley County Commissioners Room.
The Hearing is open to the public and all citizens and interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard.
