Duties:
Duties of the Election Commissioner include providing for the registration of the electors of the county and maintaining those records, as well as conducting elections as required by law. As stated in Nebraska Statute 32-218, the County Clerk shall have the powers and perform the duties assigned to the election commissioner except in those counties which have an election commissioner as provided by section 32-207 or 32-211.
