- Collection and distribution of state aid
- Collection of county miscellaneous revenues
- Conduct sale of delinquent taxes
- Notification of motor vehicle renewal
- Issue and redeem tax sale certificates
- Collect special assessments
- Supply County Sheriff with distress warrant listing
- Daily and monthly reports
- Record and file permanent records
